After I was nine years old I received my first computer, an Amiga 500. That call to not decide has motivated many legal experts in Sweden to question the motives of denying the appeal. However the questionable choices began lengthy before that.
The Swedish district attorney sent a memo in 2006 stating that TPB wasn’t responsible for “main” crimes - at best it helps and abets (also, he pointed out the people running TPB were very clever). But Hollywood wasn't pleased with this and forced the Swedish Minister of Justice to go to the Whitened House and discuss it.
